Steve has over seven years of experience in procurement and government contracting, where he successfully created and administered contracts, negotiated pricing and terms, and managed vendor relationships for product purchases and service agreements. Additionally, he has four years of experience in estimating repair costs for commercial and residential construction projects and has received formal training in Xactimate estimating software.

With ten years as a licensed Insurance Broker and Adjuster, Steve developed deep expertise in risk assessment, client relations, and claims management.

Before his corporate career, Steve proudly served 20 years in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Far East Analyst and linguist in Japanese and Korean, holding a Top Secret TSSCI clearance.
